Pilates was developed by a German man, Joseph Pilates, in New York 1920's. His studio attracted dancers from around the world, and has since reached out to the widespread public.

Classes offer dynamic core exercises for men and women of all ages and capabilities. Breathing techniques and deep stretching are also used to enhance relaxation for both the body and mind.

What are core muscles?

Deep muscles in your abdomen, pelvic floor and back that when activated and strengthened help to provide postural alignment as well as a support system for the entire body.
